Rev Doyle P. Scott is a man with a vision to build up the Kingdom of God through community impact. The founder of New Beginnings of Hope Church of God In Pompano Beach, Florida, Pastor Scott's passion for ministry has proven its purpose which is "to bring reconciliation, guide people back to the Word of God, and bridging the gaps in the community." After 8years of servant hood in Pompano Beach God had another assignment on course for Pastor Scott. Being taunted with several Pastoral moves Pastor Scott began seeking God for his ordained assignment. In June of 2002 the Lord sent Pastor Scott along with his wife and kids to St. Petersburg, Florida to Shepherd Dominion Worship Ministries. With a mandate from God to rebuild the city and revive the Religious Institution (the Church) in the city, Pastor Scott is committed to the cause and call of God. Pastor Scott is a well known sought after conference speaker who has traveled throughout the land preaching and teaching the gospel. He is well known for impacting messages such as "The Issachar Man", Teaching men to stand up to be what God has called them to be and encouraging women not to settle for anything less than a man that is striving to be what God has him to be, and "Faith, I got to have you", inspiring believers to walk in the understanding that the just shall live by faith for without it you cannot please God. Rev. Scott is a licensed, ordained minister in the Church of God, Cleveland, TN. He is a well educated  man of God receiving his degree from Logos Theological College. He is also a Certified Victims Advocate through the office of the Attorney General.
